      WT-5556 added the ability to verify the history store components of a given file URI. The same should happen when a table URI is provided, the history for all the underlying files should be verified.

      We do this generally with schema worker, but the history verification doesn't work with the locks schema worker expects, so we will need to come up with a plan to get this done.
