Data mismatch bug when running new version of test_checkpoint with timestamps

      I've had a brief look into this one at it looks like we could be zeroing timestamps / txnids when we shouldn't be. Cfg to pass for the run is: 

      ./test/checkpoint/t -h 'WT_TEST' -t r -r 1 -W 1 -n 100000 -k 100000 -C 'cache_size=100MB' -x

      This can only be worked on once WT-5605 is merged to develop.
