In order to get the million collection test to be green I lowered the collection count requirement in the mongo-tests/largescale/config/million-collection-testing config file. This reduction represents roughly a 50-60% regression. And should be looked at as part of the perf work being done currently. Once that work is done we should be able to revert most of the reduction, if not all.
