I noticed in the FTDC for logkeeper (see related help ticket), that some new statistics could be improved on how we present them (units, absolute values or rates, etc).

Some of the history (and other) new statistics need to be reviewed. They come with absolute value and a rate, but that doesn't seem appropriate for some. eg: transaction checkpoint prepare max time and a rate for that. Time and rate of time doesn't seem intuitive. What does 56k usecs/s mean?
