Dump failure message to Evergreen log for checkpoint-stress-test

      The failure message of checkpoint-stress-test is currently recorded in the archived log file, and not shown in the Evergreen log. When investigating the reason of a test failure one needs to download the artifacts and check into the log file to get the failure message. 

      It could save time for issue triaging if the failure message could be dumped into the Evergreen log.
