Commit: diff: WT-5725 Remove the WT_CURSOR_BTREE.btree field. (#5641)

      • Remove WT_CURSOR_BTREE.btree, use WT_CURSOR_BTREE.dhandle instead.
      • Use CUR2BT() instead of explicit checks, use a local variable where it makes sense.
      • Accidentally changed the order of operations, don't free the temporary buffer until reconciliation
        is done.
      • Be more careful about CUR2BT(), there are a few paths where WT_CURSOR_BTREE.dhandle
        won't be set. | 13 May 20 17:21 UTC
