Account for aborted updates when doing the first scan of updates before inserting them to the history store

      I noticed this problem when working on WT-6407 that we are not considering aborted updates when doing the first scan of the updates.

      However, I don't understand how that can lead to the problem of WT-6407. I'll fix this in this ticket and see if we encounter the problem in WT-6407 again.
