Use WT_UPDATE_RESTORED_FROM_DS to determine if the onpage value is on the update chain or not

      We may now overwrite the time window on disk based on whether the transaction id is behind the oldest id and whether the timestamps are behind the pinned timestamp so they may not match the transaction id and timestamps on the update chain. Thus, we cannot tell if the onpage value is already on the update chain or not.
