When dumping the history store content in the debug function, it gets the time window information from the history store key value instead of the time window on the cell. Therefore, it can only get the start timestamp, start durable timestamp, and the stop timestamp. Other values are dumped as time window default values, which is confusing. We should fix this and dump the time window from the information in the cell instead.
