      We recently added support for rename when doing incremental backups, but there was some fallout. The functionality was added in WT-6215 and WT-6539.

      There is a partial fix in WT-6610, but the additional testing is showing further issues. We should revert WT-6215 and WT-6539 to give us time to fully understand the problem.
