Save the checkpoint snapshot that is used to take checkpoint in the metadata

      To fix the inconsistent checkpoint file that can be written by the eviction threads while the checkpoint is in progress, RTS needs the snapshot that was used by the checkpoint. Save the snapshot in the metadata.
