Python/workgen not completing or generating output

      On ubuntu, first using

      $ export PATH="/opt/mongodbtoolchain.v2/v2/bin:$PATH"
$ which python

      configure WT with python and build.

      $ cd bench/workgen
$ python runner/small_btree.py
populate:
read workload:
$ cat WT_TEST/workload.stat
$ cat WT_TEST/workload.stat 
Starting workload: Starting workload: $

      If we did the same set of commands without setting the path, so that we're using /usr/bin/python, we will get sensible output for WT_TEST/workload.stat.
