WT-6785 will update the eMRCf test workload and benchmark to execute at a larger scale. Once that is done, do some benchmark runs collecting performance data.  Report on the results including a high-level explanation of any interesting results.  Any issues identified will not be addressed here, but will get their own tickets.

This will be similar to the results explanation in WT-6776, but for the scaled-up benchmark.
