Looking at the result of initial "remove eMRCf" testing described in WT-6776 it is natural to ask "how does this compare to what happens if we continue to support eMRC=false for PSA replica sets?"

My tests already support that as an option. We should benchmark that scenario and describe the results.  

It would be fine to wait to do this until after any extensions to the base benchmark from WT-6785 and/or WT-6787.
