Before wrapping up the project to evaluate the ability of WT durable history to enable removing eMRCf support, we should package and document the tools for future reuse. This includes:

1. Better integration with the existing Genny and DSI tools. Specifically can we eliminate my ad hoc scripting of system setup and configuration and use Genny/DSI tools instead? 
2. Figure out how to use Genny / DSI to dynamically control testing.  My scripts allow command-line arguments to control how much I grow the history store, whether to enable or disable eMRC, etc.  Does Genny have a way to provide similar flexibility on controlling how a test executes? If so, we should be using that functionality
3. Provide (brief) documentation of what the tests do and how the work. This should include a wiki page summarizing how to checkout Genny and my tools (of they aren't committed to the Genny repo) and setup and run them.
