test_backup03 failure

      The automated testing has failed a couple of times in test_backup03. For example:

      I have reproduced it a few times on Tinderbox (though not reliably). It always happens on scenario 3 - which is the complex_populate_lsm configuration.

      I think the failure first appeared with the page->modify reference counting changes in WT-695.

      The error is:

      build_posix $ cat WT_TEST/test_backup_target.4/stderr.txt 
file:test_backup.4_cgroup2-000006.lsm: the 29121 and 29123 keys on page at [write-check] are incorrectly sorted

      I'll keep chasing tomorrow.
