Updates not going through to WiredTiger for LSWA workload

      After WT-7041 the new workload ScanWithLongLived.yml performs better, but we see abnormalities in the updates. Cursor updates are zero, and there are nominal modifies. This ticket is going to look into the reason behind low/zero update rate.
