We should have a dist check that flags any repository source file (.c,.h,.cxx,.py, etc.) having non-ASCII chars in it.
Update: Should also have a dist check that flags paired typos in all source files, as s_style currently only checks for paired typos in .c, .h, .s, .y, .in and .dox files.
Background: WT-7184 Added a check and modified any documentation source files that had UTF-8 (non-ASCII) characters. This plays havoc with parsers using some versions of Python. keith.bostic pointed out that we should really not have non-ASCII in any WiredTiger sources.
