      Desription of failure

      This test is wrapping rollback retry loop around a number of different operations. That loop is different depending on whether there is an existing transaction in the session or not. Occasionally the test fails because WiredTiger detects a call to begin_transaction when a transaction is already running in the session. We should review and instrument the test to see whether it's possible that the session being used already has a transaction context (i.e: figure out whether this is a test issue, or a bug inside the WiredTiger library.).
