New option to specify test to run in the test framework

      • Runs tests based off the command line input. 
      • Executing the tests should be something like ./run -t poc_test -C “#config”
        • If no test is supplied it will run both in sequence with their default config.
      • As -t is already existing for the trace level, change it so -l for the trace level
