      1. Extend the runtime monitor or add a new class. Whichever is cleaner.
      2. The test will periodically check the size of the database using an implementation of the TestHarnessConstraintCheck class to ensure that the database doesn’t grow unbounded with respect to the size estimated by the data model. CFG Size management, thread management + workload monitoring
