Major - P3 Similar to the current cursor option debug=page_evict, having an option to control the eviction behaviour to control how the eviction works.
Here we can add update_restore_evict debug option inside connection config, so that whenever evict happens, we force every page to be update restore. With this option, it will be easy to write tests to test the update restore eviction.
