Move existing zSeries Evergreen builders onto RHEL distro's

      In WiredTiger Evergreen projects we have a few builders that provide testing coverage to the IBM zSeries/x390s platform (all running on Ubuntu 18.04 distro's). We need to move those builders onto the RHEL distro's (RHEL7-z is the latest, RHEL8-z will be available soon), as the other distro's for zSeries will be deprecated soon.
