Print an error message and exit for invalid backup configurations in wtperf tests

      From WT-7565, we have discovered that when wtperf has backup configured, it is not compatible with readonly or direct I/O config. Therefore this ticket aims to address the problem by showing an error message of incompatibility if either backup is set with readonly or direct I/O.
