Add the possibility to use an existing database for many-coll-test

      The many-collection-test would run over a huge number of collections. It would be useful if the populate phase can be skipped by utilising an existing database. Other than building the database for these collections, we will have to find a means to store and retrieve these databases for the automated tests to run.
