      • Overload the update method to do what is described in the tech design and pasted below.
      Set up an update thread that updates a range of keys and increases their timestamps so that gradually ranges will age out via the oldest timestamp progressing
- This should result in history store usage and eventually that range will become obsolete

      Update the evergreen.yml with the new hs_cleanup test.
