Based on the pass / fail test created as part of WT-7616, get this test running regularly on evergreen. Since this will be a performance test shaped as a correctness / functional test, there will be a need to get the thresholds to failure right. There might also be a component to the threshold numbers that depend on the machine the test runs on.

As part of this ticket, we need to find the best means to deal with the above issues.
