The doxygen documentation on CMake builds currently has some minor errors and missing content. This includes:

• Typo when discussing compiler optimization flags, uses "01" instead of "O1".
• Missing a description on how to run C/C++ tests e.g how to run the "check" alias

This ticket requires updating the CMake doxygen docs to fix the above points.
