      Commit: diff: WT-7783 Fix RTS to restore tombstone when an on-disk update is out of order prepared (#6751)

      When an out of order prepared update is inserted, as part of reconciliation
      the earlier updates don't get corrected when it is written to the data store.
      While aborting these out of order prepared updates by RTS, it missed restoring
      the tombstone from the history store when its stop timestamp is greater than
