Without RTS verbose logging availability, it may be difficult to identify the problematic code when a record gets missed or lost. It is possible that either the data doesn't get written to the checkpoint or it may be removed by RTS.
With the availability of verbose logging, it would be easy to identify the problematic code. Todo that, reduce the number of RTS verbose messages that are not giving information of each individual record and enable them by default.
The proposed change is no longer required when WT start supporting different level of verbose options.
