The aim of this ticket to add compact operation to existing tests that stress system through aborts and restarts. Following are some of the test I have identified:

• Format test.
• csuite/random_abort
• csuite/timestamp_abort

It may not be possible to add compaction to all tests and the aim here is to target as many tests as possible.
