The change in SERVER-47855 increased the history window to 5 minutes and had originally caused a few regressions that was reflected in BF-21313. Since then, we have incorporated a few fixes regarding this problem in WT-7577, WT-7619, WT-7578, which has recovered some of the performance. 

We currently still have a slight regression that needs investigation to clarify whether this amount of regression is expected. 
BF-22527 and BF-22788, was created to investigate on the remaining regressions that were remaining in YSCB workloads.

BF-22527 - Describes a 10% read performance regression in a 100% read YSCB workload.

BF-22788 - Describes a 11% update performance regression in a 100% update YSCB workload.
