Check for valid configuration key when using the WT_CURSOR.reconfigure API

      I noticed that when I was writing a Python test, the cursor.reconfigure() API doesn't check whether the configuration keys passed in are actually valid. Setting a configuration in open_cursor does check the validity, and I was wondering if this same behaviour can be implemented in reconfigure.
