In order to keep improving our code quality, it would be great to extend the list of the files function.py is executed on.

This ticket should look into which files are missing and for the missing ones if they should be included in the script.

Definition of done:

Investigate which missing files should be included in function.py. Resolve any warning raised by the new files, if any.
