This ticket will complete the migration of the "wiredtiger-many-dhandles" Jenkins job to Evergreen.

There is an existing Evergreen test (many-dhandle-stress-test) that runs the same script (many-dhandle-stress.py) that is used by the "wiredtiger-many-dhandles" Jenkins job.

However, plotting of the results (which is in the Jenkins job) has not been implemented in Evergreen. This ticket will do that work.
