Evergreen provides a number of 'expansions' to tasks (https://github.com/evergreen-ci/evergreen/wiki/Project-Configuration-Files#expansions). 

The ${is_patch} and  ${task_id} expansions are currently included in the test output by the run-perf-test Evergreen test.
