Clear the on-disk cell time window if it is obsolete

      When a time window of an update is written to the on-page cell, this time window information is never cleared until the key is updated or removed.

      The obsolete time window information is not useful anymore, so clearing this information will save the space used by the cell and also may improve the performance.
