Latencies stat for the perf tests are printed repeatedly

      At this stage, the latencies stat for the perf-test-evict-btree-stress-multi and many-dhandle-stress tests under the Ubuntu 20.04 Performance tests in evergreen are printed repeatedly.

      The scope of the ticket is to investigate a fix for this. Preferably, all the latencies should only be printed once.
