In WT-5001 we made a workaround to use the system default "clang" instead of MongoDB toolchain binary to address the ASAN linker issue on the PPC machine when using the V3 toolchain "clang" binary. Now that the linker issue has been resolved in the newer V4 toolchain, we should switch back to using the toolchain "clang" binary for the affected PPC ASAN tests. Specifically, the below Evergreen tasks need to be updated:

• format-asan-smoke-ppc-test
