In WT-8503, we added a function to execute csuite test in evergreen.yml. However, one test was missed that is part of the ftruncate-test task. We should use the csuite test function.

In WT-8504, we identified the test random_abort that is part of the ftruncate-test task that should use the csuite smoke test function.
