In WT-8503, we created a function to execute a csuite test.

In the long-test task, we execute one after another a few csuite tests. The issue is that once we set the argument test_args, it persists within the task. This means after setting it, If we don't specify the argument again, the next csuite test will use the same arguments.

We need to execute the tests that don't have arguments first.
