• Renamed 'OS X 10.14 CMake' to 'OS X 10.14'
  Rename the build variant, dropping 'CMake', as this distinction
  is no longer necessary.
• Restore 2 hour batch time for ZSeries and PPC
  Restores the original batch time setting for the ZSeries and PPC
  build variants, being 2 hours. This being lost in the CMake
  evergreen conversion.
• Restore PPC variant 'format_test_setting' field
