Investigate bounds for compression/decompression statistics

      Take an example of the following statistics:

      What does it mean to have a compression ratio of more than 1? WiredTiger doesn't compress data if the compression returns larger than the input. Is this an issue with the statistics, or something else? It is worth investigating.
