Python tests for S3 get stuck and don't exit properly in the failure cases. I suspect the teardown in case of failure is not terminating the storage source properly. If the storage source is not terminated it might leave the connections to AWS hanging and the SDK gets stuck and doesn't quit in such a case.

This ticket will root cause the reason for getting stuck and fix the bug.
