Summary
From the ticket WT-7896, we have investigated through multiple bots to perform auto-merge for the WiredTiger repository. In the final discussions we have decided to investigate and take more time into the bulldozer bot. This ticket will investigate how the bot functions in the test repository and will delve into the possible legal requirements that need to be met.

Acceptance Criteria (Definition of Done)
The ticket will be finished when there has been adequate documentation on how the bot functions and a clear vision on how the bot will function in a real environment. This means we need to test scenarios that would usually break wiredtiger, and see if the problem is fixed.
