As part of the test triage activity, I noticed that some of the LSM performance tests have their throughput vary wildly. Here is a sample screenshot:

Jenkins also shows a similar variance with the same tests, so it could be a test issue itself. eg:

The task of this ticket is to do an initial investigation on what could be the reason for the variance, then decide what can we do to bring stability to the test.
