Disable compatibility tests on mongodb-5.0

      The compatibility tests compatibility_test_for_releases.sh and import_compatibility_test.sh test all the branches. It is enough to have them being executed on our develop branch which. Currently, we have those scripts running in each of our branches, so we are doing the same tests three times.

      We can just disable them on mongodb-5.0 and backport to mongodb-4.4
