When moving to CMake, we forgot to add the option that enables the different code paths defined by HAVE_LIBMEMKIND.

This ticket should add the option DHAVE_LIBMEMKIND=1 when configuring CMake and make sure the different code paths are triggered.

It would be great to check if all options were ported to CMake.
