      Summary
We want to use libeatmydata for macOS test to speed them up.

      Motivation

We have been using libeatmydata for multiple variants: ubuntu2004-[a,m,u]san, ubuntu2004-stress-tests,
      linux-no-ftruncate, rhel80, code-statistics.

We have been facing issues with slowness on macOS.

      Acceptance Criteria (Definition of Done)
Use libeatmydata on macOS and compare the execution time of with/without it.

      Testing
Make sure all tests still pass and compare the execution time of the tests with/without the lib.
