Fix memory leak in update restore eviction

      As part of WT-8847, the logic of update restore is modified to remove the on-page tombstone also that is written to the disk, but the tombstone is missed to free on the successful scenario leading to a memory leak as described in BF-24711.

      Fix is to free the tombstone also along with the updates that are written to the data store and history store.
